About ClearCase

Does ClearCase submit my application to ICA?
No. You submit through ICA's e-Service portal yourself. All tiers include a step-by-step submission guide that walks you through the ICA portal. Concierge customers get live support during submission - we're there if you hit any snags.
What makes ClearCase different from immigration agencies?
Traditional agencies charge $2,000-$5,000+ and take weeks of back-and-forth. ClearCase combines AI-powered analysis with expert oversight at a fraction of the cost. You complete your package in hours, not weeks, while maintaining full control of your application.
Which PR schemes do you support?
Currently we support: Sponsored Scheme (Spouse/Children of Singapore Citizens or PRs). Coming soon: Professional/Technical Personnel & Skilled Worker (PTS) Scheme, and Global Investor Programme (GIP).

Security & Privacy

Is my data safe?
Yes. We use 256-bit AES encryption for all stored documents, TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, and host on SOC2-compliant infrastructure in Singapore. Your documents are isolated with row-level security. You can delete everything permanently anytime.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in Singapore on enterprise-grade infrastructure. We never sell or share your data. AI processing happens in secure, isolated environments with full audit logging.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, completely. When you delete your application, we permanently remove everything - documents, extracted information, and all records. No backups, no archives, completely gone. Your data, your choice.

AI & Document Analysis

How does the AI check my documents?
Our AI performs multiple checks: quality analysis (blur, resolution, cropping), automatic document classification, field extraction (names, dates, IDs), and cross-document consistency checks to catch mismatches between your documents.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Every extraction includes a confidence score. Low-confidence items are flagged for your review. You always confirm or correct extracted information before exporting your final package. The AI assists - you decide.
What types of documents can I upload?
We accept photos (JPG, PNG), scans, and PDFs. Our AI identifies the document type automatically. You can use Quick Capture mode to upload multiple documents at once - our AI sorts them into the right categories for you.

Process & Timing

How long does preparation take?
Most applicants complete their package in 1-2 hours. AI analysis is instant - document uploads, reviews, and export happen in real-time. Compare this to weeks of back-and-forth with traditional agencies.
What happens after I export my package?
You receive a submission-ready ZIP file organized exactly how ICA expects it, along with a step-by-step guide for the ICA e-Service portal. Concierge customers get live support during the actual submission.
Do you help after PR is approved?
Yes. After ICA issues your In-Principle Approval (IPA), we guide you through medical exams, completion formalities at ICA, EP cancellation timing, and everything else needed to finalize your PR status.

Pricing & Payment

What's the difference between Self-Service and Concierge?
Self-Service ($450) gives you full AI analysis, document validation, and export tools. Concierge ($2,950) adds expert human review, personalized strategy, cover letter drafting, live submission support, and post-approval guidance.
Can I upgrade from Self-Service to Concierge?
Yes. Start with Self-Service and upgrade anytime if you want expert support. Your work is preserved.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with the service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept SGQR (PayNow) and credit/debit cards via Stripe. SGQR payments save you $50 on any plan.

Languages & Support

Do you support languages other than English?
Singapore PR applications must be submitted in English. Documents in other languages require certified translations. We're building multilingual support to help non-English speakers navigate the process more easily.
How do I get help if I'm stuck?
Self-Service customers can access our help documentation and email support. Concierge customers get priority response times and can schedule video calls with our team.
